From brief to shipment

    Brief & first quote

    Send a sketch, a sample or a reference. We recommend leathers, hardware and construction, and send a preliminary quote.

  2. 02

    Sample

    We cut the dies and make a real first sample, so you can feel the actual leather and finish.

  3. 03

    Sample approval & quote

    You approve the sample, and the price is confirmed on that sample: materials, trims and finishing included, so there are no surprises later.

  4. 04

    Bulk approval

    Before the full run, you approve a pre-production piece made from the bulk materials.

  5. 05

    Production

    Production in our factories in Taiwan and China.

  6. 06

    Shipment

    Packed and shipped the way you specify.

  7. 07

    After-sales

    We stay on after delivery: after-sales service, with returns and exchanges handled with you.
